As I commented, I put a plastic milk crate over the Tops of my propane tanks for protecting the Fill Valve when transporting them. Keeps them from rolling around too. Broke the valve off one, when it rolled and slide, while bringing it back from filling (w/o the milk crate). The valve broke off and the liquid propane emptied out so quickly, turning it into a Minnie missile, in the bed of my pickup. OMG. Was able to replace the valve later, but lost the 80-100lbs of propane I had just pai…
